Clarke is responsible for program design and quality control of all exploration undertaken by Diamondex. He has over 15 years experience as a geoscientist including an 11-year career as a senior geologist with BHP Minerals Canada Ltd.

Clarke led the 1991 reconnaissance program for the Hope Bay Gold Project and was an integral team member in the discovery of several other gold deposits. Immediately prior to joining Diamondex, he served as the director of marketing for Major Drilling Group International Limited.

Mr. Clarke is a professional geologist and a licensee with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories (NAPEGG). He is also a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 - the rules that govern the disclosure of scientific and technical information.

Sharpe is a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management and worked for Suncor Inc. from 1981-1994 as an exploration Geophysicist and later a group leader, planning, budgeting and executing exploration programs throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

In 1994 Sharpe left Suncor to begin D. Sharpe Management Inc. Sharpe has consulted to, managed and served as a director of a number of successful start-up companies including Gemini Energy Inc., and Velvet Exploration Inc.

Ms. Rabasso joined Gemcom in October 2006 following product management and marketing leadership roles at WaterTrax and Absolute Software, both application service providers respectively specialising in environmental data management and asset tracking. She has also held senior product development, marketing and executive positions in Canada and Australia, with companies such as RADSS Technologies, Merak Projects and AGL Petroleum, who respectively develop software for logistics optimisation and management, oil and gas economic evaluation, and oil and gas exploration.

Pat was honoured by the APEGBC in October 2006 as the recipient of the 2006 C.J. Westerman Memorial Award. In January 2005 Pat was honoured by the British Columbia & Yukon Chamber of Mines and awarded the H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award for Excellence in Prospecting and Mineral Exploration, and in 2003 he received the Northern BC Prospector of the Year Award at the Northern BC Business & Industry Awards.

Don joined the Imperial team November 2005, having been a key member of the Mount Polley Mine development and operating team during the period 1996 through 2001.

Since that time, Don served as President and General Manager of the Fort McMurray operations of Tercon Enterprises. While at Fort McMurray, Don was recognized for excellence in productivity and safety performance through the Suncor Presidential Awards program.
