Mr. John Broere was appointed Chief Operating Officer, effective October 1, 2006, assuming overall operational responsibility for the Company. Mr. Broere joined the Company in June 2002 when INSI was acquired by Sierra Systems. He was appointed Vice President, and Branch Manager of the newly established Winnipeg branch.
Since then, he has held positions as Vice-President and Branch Manager in Washington, DC and California; Executive Vice President, Eastern Operations; and most recently Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Broere is also an officer of the Company. An executive experienced in both the private and public sectors, Mr. Broere has held senior management roles in Information Technology, Financial Management, and Business Operations.

Ted Smith joined PEER 1 in September of 2005. He is currently responsible for all dedicated hosting operations for PEER 1, drawing on his experience in a variety of operational roles in the hosting and network business.
His past roles include overseeing three data centers as the AVP of operations for Interland, and building a national OC3 IP network for Hostcentric Dedicated Hosting in his role as vice president of network engineering.

He joins Simba from Teradata Corporation, a global leader in data warehousing and analytic technologies, where he was most recently Product Manager for Teradata's Tools and Utilities, including ODBC, JDBC and .NET.
