January 31, 2008 - Intrinsyc Software International announced Philip R. Ladouceur has been appointed to serve as an Independent Director on the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Ladouceur brings to Intrinsyc's Board both CFO and CEO experience in the software and telecommunications industry, including positions at Rogers Communications Inc., Bell Canada International, MetroNet Communications, FutureLink Corp. and Datawire Communication Networks.

He has held directorships on a broad variety of boards in Canada, the U.S. and internationally, including AT&T Canada, Intellispan Inc., Jones Intercable, Comcel and Rogers Communications Inc.

Currently, Mr. Ladouceur is President and Managing Director of Mardale Investments Ltd. In his past role as CEO, President, and Chairman of MetroNet Communications Inc., Mr. Ladouceur completed private and public financings in excess of $2 billion, including the company's successful IPO. Mr. Ladouceur also initiated the sale of MetroNet to AT&T Corp. in 1999 for $5 billion.

Mr. Ladouceur served as the CFO and Director of Rogers Communications Inc. (Toronto:RCI-A.TO), one of the largest cable, cellular, and broadcasting companies in North America. While at Rogers, Mr. Ladouceur was responsible for the completion of more than $3 billion in public and private financings. In addition, Mr. Ladouceur was the founding CEO of ISM Information Systems (Alberta) Ltd., which was subsequently acquired by IBM Global Services.

He has also served as Chief Executive Officer with SpotWave Wireless, Datawire Communication Networks and FutureLink Corp. Mr. Ladouceur is past Chairman of the Competitive Telecommunications Association of Canada. He has served on several public and private company Boards of Directors, including the Boards of Datawire Communication Networks Inc. and Breken Group Ltd.

Frank's specialty is combining environmental knowledge with strong technical skills. He commonly uses ArcObjects to make ArcGIS solve tasks, that it is not possible to do out-of-the-box, by developing extensions and geoprocessing tools.

Working at ESSA Frank developed a GIS model together with biologists to analyze the potential impact on available habitat from climate change on two species of concern for the Cariboo-Chilcotin area in BC. He is also involved in developing GIS tools for predicting stream habitat potential from LiDAR generated Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data for the US Forest Service.

He earned his Master of Science degree in Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark, where he split his course work between environmental and computer science.

Dr. David Baar, Ph.D. (Physics), M.Sc. (Eng.), is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and founder of IDELIX Software Inc. His research interests in software for numerical modeling and image processing led to the formation of IDELIX.

Visionary and pragmatic, Dr. Baar has built a team of leading experts in information visualization to develop the company's technology. Dr. Baar completed his graduate research at Queen's University in 1990 with a doctoral thesis in the quantum magnetic properties of superconductors.

His post-doctoral work included research at ISTEC in Tokyo, at the University of British Columbia, and at Stanford University. One of the core components of this research was the numerical modeling of complex experiments and materials.

March 26, 2008 - Intrinsyc Software International announced the appointment of George Reznik to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 15, 2008.

Mr. Reznik will report to Glenda Dorchak, Chairman and CEO of the Company. Mr. Reznik will oversee the Company's financial operations, accounting, treasury, as well as corporate operations including global site management, human resources and information technology functions.

Mr. Reznik is a Chartered Accountant and has more than eighteen years experience in senior and executive financial roles, with the last 10 years spent at rapidly growing public companies in the software and wireless industries. He brings broad expertise in international corporate finance, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and operational management.

"We are pleased to welcome George to Intrinsyc's management team," said Ms. Dorchak. "George has a strong operational background and brings key leadership experience in areas including mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic financial planning, that he gained in the software industry. George will play an important role in executing the company's long-term growth strategy."

Before joining Intrinsyc, Mr. Reznik was the CFO of Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. where he led the execution of two strategic acquisitions and effective operational planning. Previously, he was CFO and COO of Infowave Software.

He had also served as Vice President, Finance, with Pivotal Corporation where he played a leadership role in its Initial Public Offering on the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchanges.

Prior to 1998, Mr. Reznik held a number of management positions of increasing scope with the Deloitte & Touche corporate finance office in Canada and the U.K. Mr. Reznik holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Business Valuator and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Mr. Lasmarias is the company's Director of Technology with responsibility for leading the research and technology development efforts for the company, including location and wireless technology components.

Prior to joining Contigo, Mr. Lasmarias was the Integration Team lead of Inkra Networks as well as the lead developer for the Security Management component of the Inkra Center Point management suite.

As the Integration Team Lead, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for building the team from the ground up and automating much of the software release process. As the Security lead developer, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for creating a Role-Based Access Control security solution which won kudos from Inkra customers.

Before joining Inkra Networks, Mr. Lasmarias was a Software Engineer for CrossKey Systems Corporation (later became Altus Solutions).

While at CrossKeys, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for many Access Modules, software components which translated real-time data from telephone switches into Q.822 and Q.823 standards-based formats. Mr. Lasmarias was also responsible for the IO SubSystem component of the Altus Traffic Manager application.

Mr. Lasmarias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

March 14, 2007 - Galdos announced today that they have recruited Mr. Bill Macdonald to head up the company's engineering and product development group. Mr. Macdonald brings over thirty years of leadership and technical experience to his role.

Prior to joining Galdos, Bill held management positions at numerous Vancouver-based technology companies, including Macdonald Dettwiler and /Offshore Systems Ltd./OSI Geospatial Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Macdonald was Director of Operations for their Offshore Systems business unit that supplied navigation and charting systems to international navies and major shipping organizations. There, he was responsible for project management, system engineering, production and service.
