Mr. Tedesco has served as President and a Director of Contigo since its founding in 2002 (then known as Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems). He was named CEO in September 2006. He has oversight of all corporate functions, with a focus on sales, business operations and strategy.
Prior to Contigo, Mr. Tedesco was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of PayMyBills.com - a consumer eFinance company he started in early 1999. Under Mr. Tedesco's leadership, the company quickly grew into the leading bill management provider, serving nearly 40,000 customers, forging strategic distribution relationships with FleetBoston, E*Trade and Capital One, and earning numerous industry accolades for most valuable consumer web site.
Mr. Tedesco managed a 250-person workforce and led the company through three investment rounds, raising over $35 million in capital. In September 2000, the company completed a merger valued at over $200 million with industry rival, Paytrust with the combined entity ultimately acquired
by Intuit (NYSE: INTU).
Mr. Tedesco received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Since 1990 Jonathan Mark has been the GIS Manager for the City of Vancouver's Information Technology Department in the Corporate Services Group.
He and his Team are responsible for the City's corporate GIS infrastructure (core software, hardware, and databases) as well as the VanMap implementation. Prior to joining the City in 1984, Jonathan taught in the Urban Land Economics Division of the Faculty of Commerce at UBC. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics in 1977.

Mr. Ippel is a team leader who thrives on the innovative and global nature of the software industry. In his previous position as Director of Operations and Customer Care at Infowave Software, he led the wireless deployment of a company-wide CRM system.
He also led the Customer Care team through the first sales of services to partners, partner sub-contracting agreements, and the implementation of an up-sell strategy to existing customers.

Mr. Ippel earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. He was the MBA Association President leading the association council plus 70 volunteers. A team leader at work and in play, Mr. Ippel participates in volleyball, softball, and loves living in Vancouver for the abundance of outdoor recreation.

Mr. Redlich is Contigo's Director of Operations. Dr. Azadeh Koohzare is a project manager in Vancouver McElhanney office. She has over 11 years of experiences in geodesy, geomatics and surveying throughout Canada and internationally. Azadeh received her doctoral degree in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) focusing on deformation monitoring using geodetic data.
She has worked as Associate Researcher and instructor at UNB prior to joining to McElhanney. She has also worked since 2003, together with more than 100 Canadian scientists and engineers in the development of seamless height datum in Canada.
Azadeh has been involved in many national geodetic projects, and worked closely with NRCan in their major geodetic projects in Canada. Azadeh is currently the project leader of all R&D activities in the LiDAR department at McElhanney, as well as managing many engineering surveys projects involving GPS, conventional methodologies and LiDAR.

Mr. Lasmarias is the company's Director of Technology with responsibility for leading the research and technology development efforts for the company, including location and wireless technology components.
Prior to joining Contigo, Mr. Lasmarias was the Integration Team lead of Inkra Networks as well as the lead developer for the Security Management component of the Inkra Center Point management suite.
As the Integration Team Lead, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for building the team from the ground up and automating much of the software release process. As the Security lead developer, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for creating a Role-Based Access Control security solution which won kudos from Inkra customers.
Before joining Inkra Networks, Mr. Lasmarias was a Software Engineer for CrossKey Systems Corporation (later became Altus Solutions).
While at CrossKeys, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for many Access Modules, software components which translated real-time data from telephone switches into Q.822 and Q.823 standards-based formats. Mr. Lasmarias was also responsible for the IO SubSystem component of the Altus Traffic Manager application.
Mr. Lasmarias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Pelletier is a process chemist/metallurgist by training with fourteen years in industry and twenty-five years in resource related environmental consulting. He has dedicated his entire professional career to the practice and dissemination of sound environmental principles in the resource industry.

March 14, 2007 - Galdos announced today that they have recruited Mr. Bill Macdonald to head up the company's engineering and product development group. Mr. Macdonald brings over thirty years of leadership and technical experience to his role.
Prior to joining Galdos, Bill held management positions at numerous Vancouver-based technology companies, including Macdonald Dettwiler and /Offshore Systems Ltd./OSI Geospatial Ltd. Most recently, Mr. Macdonald was Director of Operations for their Offshore Systems business unit that supplied navigation and charting systems to international navies and major shipping organizations. December 12, 2008 - Mayor Gregor Robertson and his new city council announced Friday they have decided to replace the city's top bureaucrat, city manager Judy Rogers.
In her place, the council has already hired Penny Ballem, a former deputy minister of health for B.C.'s Liberal government
Ballem, who was one of Canada's most experienced deputy health ministers, resigned from that position in June 2006 over concerns about how the Campbell government was running the province's health care system.
Robertson said the decision was made this morning, and Judy Rogers has accepted a severance package in line with her 20 years of employment with the city.
Rogers, who has served as city manager since 1999, was the highest paid employee at city hall with a pay package worth $292,000 in 2007.
The departure of Rogers is the second change in the top management at city hall under the new mayor and council
The city's chief financial officer, Estelle Lo, resigned just after the Nov. 15 civic election.

Dr. Ballem, who is trained as a clinical hematologist, has served as the Deputy Minister of Health for British Columbia, as well as the Vice-President of Women's and Family Health at the Children's and Women's Health Centre of BC. She currently serves as a Corporate Director for Bentall Capital G.P. Ltd., as well as a senior advisor to RPO Management Consultants.
Dr. Ballem served as the Deputy Minister of Health from 2001-2006. The Ministry of Health is responsible for a $12 Billion budget and oversees a sector serving 4.2 million British Columbians.
As Deputy Minister, Dr. Ballem:
* Served as the lead official for a number of specific national health initiatives led by the Premier of BC, including the National Pharmaceutical Strategy and the Aboriginal Health Strategy
* Co-chaired the Federal/Provincial Territorial Conference of Deputy Ministers of Health
Chaired the BC Health Leadership Council that brought together on a regular basis the CEOs of the six health authorities
* Oversaw the move to a fully regionalized system (from 52 governing bodies to 6 health authorities) with consolidation of regional service delivery and development of core health service capacity in each region to better serve the public
* Instituted comprehensive annual performance agreements between the Ministry of Health and the Health authorities to direct strategic transformation of the sector and ensure accountability
* Oversaw a major transformation of the Public Drug Plan (Pharmacare) to ensure more equitable access for all British Columbians
* Improved labour relations in the health system with an unprecedented agreement with all labour unions to work on health policy and health workplace issues through the terms of new agreements commencing in March 2006.
Dr. Ballem is the winner of the 2003 Queen's Jubilee Medal for Public Service, as well as the 2006 British Columbia Provincial Health Officer's Award for Leadership in Public Health.

Greg Kehm started working with Ecotrust Canada in 2004, and has more than 10 years of experience in conservation GIS applications and spatial information services.
Previously, Greg worked for The Nature Conservancy (US) where he started the GIS program in the Massachusetts chapter and spent four years as GIS Manager at the Eastern US Regional office. Greg holds a B.A. in Geology and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College, Ohio, and a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Harvard.

Ian Gill is president of Ecotrust Canada (Vancouver, B.C.) and a director of Ecotrust (Portland, Ore.), related non-profit organizations that promote the emergence of a conservation economy in the coastal temperate rainforests of North America.
Prior to founding Ecotrust Canada in November 1994, Ian was a writer-broadcaster with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. In his seven years as a television reporter with the CBC, Ian specialized in land-use, environment and resource issues. His television documentaries won numerous local and international awards. Ian also spent seven years as a senior reporter and editor with the Vancouver Sun. He is a fellow of Journalistes en Europe (1986-87).
Ian is a director of the Na na kila Institute and the Vancity Credit Union, and a member of the advisory board of the Cascadia Times newspaper and the Forestry Advisory Council at the University of B.C.
He is the author of the best-selling Hiking on the Edge: Canada's West Coast Trail, and Haida Gwaii: Journeys Through the Queen Charlotte Islands. Ian lives in Vancouver with his partner Jennifer and their three children, Jasper, Fergus, and Lucy.
