Amit Rikhy has over 20 years experience in airport investments and project development. He is currently responsible for the Company's global business development activities, including airport investment and airport management opportunities.
Amit Rikhy is Vice President of Business Development for Vantage Airport Group, a division of Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR). In this role, Amit oversees all aspects of airport public-private partnerships, acquisition, development, financing, marketing and commercial management.
Mr. Rikhy has led several of the Vantage Airport Group's most significant transactions and serves on the boards of its key investee companies. As a member of the Company's executive management team, he has been an integral part of the growth story for Vantage Airport Group that currently includes 19 airports in 7 countries, processing over 30 million passengers, generating annual revenues of over $500 million and managed assets in excess of $2.0 billion.
During his 20-years of experience and leadership in corporate finance, strategy and business development globally, Mr. Rikhy has worked with major institutional investors, lenders, airlines and commercial partners and has been responsible for successfully managing and executing numerous transactions in the sector.
Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar, and a Master's degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from the Johns Hopkins University, where he was the recipient of the Stegman Award.

Brenda McLean is chiefly responsible for providing guidance on major corporate and investment decisions at our board of directors level. She provides valuable advice and criticism on significant transactions, management issues, and financial performance -- and is not afraid to use her effective veto over capital expenditures or financings that do not meet her standards of fiscal prudence and planning.
A former art gallery curator with a BA in art history from Queen's University, Brenda McLean was the central figure in the extremely successful marketing and leasing program that filled the Landing with new tenants in the mid-1980's prior to the completion of our major heritage renovation and well ahead of budget.
She is a licenced realtor in British Columbia and plays a significant role in our in-house realty company, Blanca Realty, as well as the management of our residential holdings. She is also responsible for the McLean Group's philanthropic activities including several scholarships and educational funding through the McLean McCuaig Foundation and the distinguished decade-old Brenda and David McLean Chair in Canadian Studies at UBC.
With a keen lifelong interest in health and healing issues, Brenda McLean is a past director and member of the executive committee of the Vancouver Hospital & Health Sciences Centre, the largest hospital in the Province, as well as the board of the Tzu Chi Institute of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. She is also a past director of the Queen's University Council and the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Brendan formally joined the McLean Group in 2005 after working with us on a contract basis to manage a major residential construction project. With his broad experience in construction and architecture, Brendan is responsible for managing our major real estate development projects from conception to completion, acting as our primary contact with development professionals and land use authorities.
Formerly an architectural technologist with Formwerks Architecture, Brendan also has experience working with several prominent builders in Calgary. In addition to a Diploma (Honours) in Building Technology from BCIT (1996) he has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Western Ontario (1992).

Founder of the McLean Group in 1972, David McLean has played an integral role in the evolution and growth of the enterprise and remains Chairman of the Board. Mr. McLean became full time Chairman and CEO in 1985, leaving a successful law practice to lead the management teams, which he continued to do until the appointment of his son, Jason, as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2010.
An outspoken champion of entrepreneurship, education and community service, Mr. McLean is a distinguished leader in the Canadian business and academic communities whose career has earned him four Honourary Doctorate of Laws (Universities of Alberta and British Columbia, Simon Fraser University and Royal Roads University), an appointment to the Order of British Columbia and, more recently, his appointment as Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD Fellow, 2006).
In 1994, following his leadership role in the transformative privatization of CN Railway, (the then largest IPO in Canadian history), Mr. McLean was appointed to the Board of Directors of Canadian National Railway Company and later elected Chairman (December 1994), a position he retains, by annual vote, more than a decade later.
Mr. McLean has served as Chairman of the Vancouver Board of Trade, Chairman of the 170,000 member Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Coastland Wood Industries.
For many years he was Chairman and Director to Concord Pacific Group Inc., a public real estate company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which was privatized in 2002. Additionally, Mr. McLean has served as a Director for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada, Northwestel Inc., Canac Consultants Limited and NuWest Group.
With a lifelong interest in education, Mr. McLean has served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the University of British Columbia and is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Canadian Studies at the University of California at Berkley. Founding Chairman of the Centre of North American Business Studies at Simon Fraser University, he also co-chairs the University of Alberta's capital campaign.

Kenny Diebel has been with the McLean Group since 1990 and has held senior management positions throughout the organization including Vice President of Operations of the Group's flagship production facility, Vancouver Film Studios for which he was the key construction supervisor during the major building phases from 1998-2004.
An expert in building systems, regulatory compliance, and zoning by-laws, Mr. Diebel has also served as Vice President of Construction for the McLean Group as their primary contact and senior advisor on major construction ventures.
As Construction Vice President, Kenny supervised aircraft hangar and office renovations for Blackcomb Aviation, remote site tower builds for Signal Systems, and an extensive range of retail, office, and warehouse renovations, heritage renovations, and new builds at building sites throughout British Columbia.
In 2010, he was appointed Senior Vice President of the McLean Group's multi-tiered real estate division which includes brokerage services, property management, construction, and commercial development.
In this new role, Kenny leads all McLean Group real estate professionals with a broad mandate to develop, build, broker, and manage the McLean Group's property portfolio. Kenny Diebel is a graduate of the University of British Columbia's Urban Land Economics Course and is a licensed realtor.

A Certified General Accountant, Norman has been with the McLean Group since 1988. He has general accounting and finance responsibility for all McLean group companies, including the motion picture facilities and service businesses, and is involved with managing human resources for all companies.
Previously, Norman worked for a land development and property management company with significant holdings in the Lower Mainland. Jason McLean was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the McLean Group in 2010 following eight years of previous appointments as President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Legal Officer.
As President and Chief Executive Officer, he is senior officer of the McLean Group's operating and investment businesses which include Vancouver Film Studios, Pacific Backlot Services, Signal Systems, Erinmore Management, Blanca Realty, Harbour Landing Construction, and Blackcomb Aviation.
In addition to providing guidance and leadership to management teams, Jason coordinates the dialogue between ownership and management with corporate governance and strategic planning. Accordingly, Jason oversees all major transactions in each of the McLean Group's operating and investment businesses and is the first point of contact for new investments and financing.
Prior to joining the McLean Group, Jason worked as Special Assistant in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada (2000-2002) leading advance teams to Africa, China, the United States, and Europe in preparation for NATO and APEC meetings, G8 summits, and other major trade and diplomatic consultations.
Jason McLean is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (LLB, 1999) and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2000 after articling with Stikeman Elliot in Vancouver. He is a certified member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) and a graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner President Management Program, a rigorous executive education program for international business owners.
