Douglas (Doug) Clarke was appointed President of Trader Corporation, a Canadian leader in print and online vertical media, in June 2006. Prior to the creation of Trader Corporation,
Mr. Clarke served as Senior Group Publisher for Trader Media Corporation in Ontario.
Mr. Clarke began his career in the advertising directory business when he joined Tele-Direct, a Yellow Page Group predecessor company, in 1991. He held various sales management and marketing positions which eventually led him to the Director of Sales role launching the Bell Zinc portal, an online sales and customer service centre targeted at the SME market.
In 2002, Mr. Clarke was appointed Director of Sales of Yellow Pages Group's Ontario Elite Sales Channel. Under Mr. Clarke's leadership, the sales team reached more than $100M in annual revenue and experienced three years of consecutive growth.
Known for his competitive nature and ability to build and develop strong management teams, Mr. Clarke has consistently exceeded corporate objectives while achieving profitability.
Mr. Clarke is a graduate of St. Michael's College School in Toronto and he has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Colorado College. He is involved in minor league hockey and lives in Toronto with his wife Leigh-Ann and their two children.

Geneviève LeBrun is Vice President, Marketing of Trader Corporation since June 2006. She is responsible for all marketing activities including the management of the brand portfolio for the automotive, real estate and generalist verticals.
Prior to that position, Ms. LeBrun was Vice President, Marketing of Yellow Pages Group and had been part of that company and predecessor businesses since 1995. During her 10 years at Yellow Pages Group, Ms. LeBrun has played a key role in positioning the company as a market leader while overseeing the national marketing programs and product development. She was also responsible for all of the company's external communications initiatives. She contributed to the sale of the company from Bell Canada in 2002, and then became one of the key players behind the renaissance of the Yellow Pages™ brand.
In 2003, Ms. LeBrun actively participated in the company's initial public offering, the largest income trust IPO in Canadian history, and in the acquisition of SuperPages® in 2005. Following this acquisition, she helped re-introduce the Yellow Pages™ brand in Western Canada.
Ms. LeBrun has acquired a well-deserved reputation for her team-building and team-motivation skills, as well as her ability to achieve common goals. In 2005, she was honoured by the Réseau HEC for her overall career achievements. She was appointed to the International Classified Media Association (ICMA) Committee in 2007.
Ms. LeBrun holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an M. Sc. in Marketing from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (Montréal).

Naeem "Nick" Noorani's career in advertising took him from Bombay, India, to the Middle East, specifically Dubai. After several years of living in the Middle East, Nick along with his wife, Sabrina, their daughter, Michelle, and son, Daanish, immigrated to Canada.
The changes in lifestyle and the challenges they faced prompted the husband-and-wife team to write Arrival Survival Canada, a handbook for immigrants. Since coming to Canada, Nick had always felt there was a lack of a common medium linking immigrants together. The Canadian Immigrant Magazine will do precisely that.

Nicolas Lavoie was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Trader Corporation in May 2009. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Lavoie served as Vice President - Finance and Treasurer for Yellow Pages Group. He joined Yellow Pages Group in 2004 and has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury and financial risk management.
In his current role, Mr. Lavoie focuses on supporting operations with an emphasis on budget and results, new strategic partnerships and other potential investments.
During his time at Yellow Pages Group, Mr. Lavoie oversaw financing activities, cash management, financial risk management, pension asset management as well as corporate planning and merger and acquisitions. Mr. Lavoie lead a team that was instrumental in maintaining the Company's strong corporate relationships with rating agencies, the investment banking industry and the broader investment community.
Prior to joining Yellow Pages Group, Mr. Lavoie was Assistant Treasurer with Quebecor World Inc., one of the world's largest printing company. In his various corporate finance and treasury roles at Quebecor World, Mr. Lavoie had international responsibilities in the financing, cash management and financial risk management areas.
He has been instrumental in the implementation of several financing strategies in a number of countries, and in the optimization of liquidity on a global basis. He also spent more than three years based in Switzerland.
