Tina Strehlke Tina has over 9 years of experience in the Career Development field. She has worked as a Career Practitioner and Program Manager and is currently the Director of Communications for Training Innovations.
Tina recently completed a Master's in Professional Communications at Royal Roads University. The focus of her research was exploring how social network sites like Facebook and LinkedIn are changing the job search experience for individuals.
As part of her studies she identified practical strategies to help practitioners update their counselling approach and engage clients in conversation about privacy issues, negotiating public/private boundaries on the Web, self-presentation, and applying networking best practices to social networking sites.

Dr Okoye is an accomplished educator and entrepreneur. He was a Commissioner for Oaths in and for the province of Manitoba, and currently is a consultant criminologist. He was also the founding director of BC Peace Foundation, located at Simon Fraser University. The Foundation undertook research into and consultancy work on youth criminality behaviour, crime and criminal justice system.
Dr Okoye's experience of the criminal justice system, first as a practitioner in Canada (with the Manitoba Attorney General Department, Corrections Division), and second as an academic in the UK (with Cambridge University, Leeds University and The Open University) spans well over twenty years.
Dr Okoye has held both faculty and senior administrative level posts in universities and colleges here and abroad. He has a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Brandon University, an MPA (Master of Public Administration) from the University of Manitoba, an MPhil (Master of Philosophy in Criminology) from Cambridge University, and a PhD in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Leeds University. He is on the external program of London University's LLM (Master of Laws), UK.
Dr Okoye has written on a variety of criminology and criminal justice topics including in broad terms, victimization of the elderly, courts, correctional policies on privatization, youth delinquency, etc. He has made several scholarly contributions to a number of plenary committees, and most recently to the Special Select Standing Committee on Education in British Columbia.
Dr Okoye is a Fellow of Cambridge Commonwealth Society (UK), a member of IFEPS (International Forum for the Advancement of Education in Penal Systems), and past President and CEO of an international corporation.

Munesh was successfully employed as a mechanic when he was injured on the job. He was referred to us for an assessment by his worker at WorkSafeBC. It was suggested that Neil Squire Society may be a good place for him to reassess his career plans.
Computers were a brand new world for Munesh. With the course materials and the use of a donated computer, he began to learn. After completing a course at Douglas College for computer certification, Munesh has returned to Neil Squire Society to work with us as the Computer Comfort Coordinator and In-house IT Support. Future goal more education in field.

Chris started her career in hospitality, working for a large BC-based contract catering company after spending a year in an all season resort. She was promoted to facility management in a large educational institution generating yearly revenues of over $2 million.
