Mr. Overturf joins TIO Networks with more than 25 years of operations, field service and support, project management leadership, network operations and customer service experience.
Most recently, Mr Overturf spearheaded the design, development and implementation of software and kiosk installations at Mediaport Entertainment Inc., while managing the recruiting, hiring and training of key team members in all departments of the organization.
As Vice President of Customer Service with Integrated Healthcare Systems in Kent WA, Mr Overturf was instrumental in designing and building a strong support team enabling a fast paced growth plan for sales. Recognizing the value and importance of establishing a strong service reputation, he achieved highest levels of excellence in customers' satisfaction.
During his time at Coinstar Inc., the multinational pioneer of self-service coin counting services, Overturf built the field service department to over 300 employees and more than 10,000 locations. Overturf served in a variety of positions including National Field Service Manager, Director of National Field Operations and Vice President of Field Operations.
He successfully increased customer satisfaction and retention by establishing a customer call center, instituting customer satisfaction programs, and standardizing recruiting processes and training curriculum.
