Lori Aizer Bryenton is a strategic marketing professional who has spent almost 15 years in leadership roles driving global channel marketing strategies and communications across the telecom, software, and renewable energy sectors.

Having spent the majority of her time high tech, Lori has significant expertise in the business-to-business sector, developing marketing programs for distributor, reseller and OEM channels. However, she started her marketing career in the consumer packaged goods industry working for 10 years at the head office for Avon Canada, in Montreal.

In 1997, Lori moved to Vancouver and spent the next 10 years working in the technology sector. From 1997 - 2001, she joined the start up team at Microcell Solutions and created the marketing organization that launched the Fido brand in Western Canada, which became Canada's fastest growing telecommunications company (later sold to Rogers).

From 2001 to 2005, Lori joined Crystal Decisions which quickly grew from a $140M startup to the fastest growing enterprise software company in the world, with more than 1,600 employees and USD$300 million in revenues.

During her time at Crystal, Lori was directly responsible for the channel marketing organization, developing lead generation programs to drive opportunities and revenue.

During her tenure, Lori developed strategic business plans for new market opportunities in the SMB and developer segments, both of which led to strategic corporate commitment to those markets. Lori played an instrumental role in the integration process when Crystal was ultimately acquired by Business Objects in 2004, which immediately transformed the company to a billion dollar Fortune 500 organization.

Currently, Lori is Director of Marketing at Xantrex Technology Inc, where she built the global channel marketing organization from the ground up and now leads a team of 10 responsible for partner recruitment, lead generation, partner communications, consumer awareness, PR and web across the retail, Mobile OEM and renewable sectors.

April 2, 2008 - PMC-Sierra announced that Greg Lang has been appointed as the Company's president and chief executive officer. The position will become effective immediately upon the resignation of Robert (Bob) Bailey as the Company's president and chief executive officer following the filing of the Company's first quarter 2008 financials Form 10-Q, which will be on or before May 9, 2008.

The Company's Board of Directors also elected Mr. Lang to serve as a director effective as of the next meeting of the Board. Mr. Bailey will continue as PMC-Sierra's Chairman of the Board.

Prior to his appointment at PMC-Sierra, Mr. Lang was president and CEO at Integrated Device Technology Inc. (IDT), a company he joined in 2001. Mr. Lang led the transformation of IDT from a commodity SRAM supplier to a very profitable mixed signal solution provider. He was responsible for the integration of several successful acquisitions and more than doubled revenue over the course of his term at the company.

Prior to IDT, Mr. Lang spent 15 years at Intel and was vice president and general manager of the Platform Networking Group, where he built Intel's client-side wired and wireless networking businesses. Mr. Lang is also a member of the board of directors of Intersil Corporation, a high-performance analog semiconductor company.

“The employees of PMC-Sierra and I are excited about Greg joining the Company as CEO," said Bob Bailey, PMC-Sierra's Chairman. “The combination of Greg's impressive track record and experience and PMC-Sierra's talent and market position provides reason for excitement."

“I decided to join PMC-Sierra because of the strength of its product pipeline and leadership team as well as strategic customer engagements," said Mr. Lang. “I believe the Company has built a solid platform for profitable growth."

Mr. Lang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
