D'Arcy Poole is a prairie boy, born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. He is a graduate of Red River Community College with a diploma in Business. D'Arcy joined Van Belle Nursery in February 2002 after working many years in the finance industry.
The horticulture business has been a great fit for D'Arcy. His passion for greenhouse growing combined with his sales background gives D'Arcy solid tools for servicing current customers and developing new business opportunities. He is particularly excited about the new perennial line that Van Belle is developing.

Rebecca joined our team in November 2003 to coordinate shipping and to provide support to Dave Van Belle and the sales team.
She still looks after coordinating all the incoming and outgoing shipments for the nursery, but her role has expanded to include the design and maintenance of our website and also designs and produces most of our promotional materials, including tags, brochures, and custom projects for our customers.
A little creative, a little practical, and always a little too short to reach anything on the top shelf. She is excited about working with DeVonne and the sales team in helping your business bloom!

Adam is the most recent sales team addition, coming from financial and sales related industries. Serving customers in the Western Canadian territory, Adam is Van Belle's account representative for BC and Southern Alberta.
Adam was born and raised in BC's Lower Mainland, where he continues to live with his wife. Adam has a passion for fishing and team sports and loves to spend time with his family and friends.
He has many years of sales experience backing him and is catching on quickly to the nursery business. He has taken a variety of post secondary training including Business Management, Sociology, Communication Studies, English Prose, Mortgage Broker training and Sales and Marketing training.
Adam is looking forward to maintaining and developing further the existing customers that D'Arcy has successfully serviced, as well as prospecting new business clients.
With the skills and training he has acquired over the years combined with Van Belle's ever-growing line of high performance shrubs and perennials, he has the tools necessary to help increase your company's profitability.

As Sales and Marketing Manager, DeVonne provides leadership and support for the Van Belle sales team. With a background in marketing, communications and customer relationship management, his passion is to ensure the needs of Van Belle customers are met and exceeded throughout their entire buying experience.
DeVonne earned degrees from Trinity Western University and Queen's University, and before joining Van Belle, directed an award-winning marketing and communications team at a local university.
